WHAT: Manatee County is hosting Bill Bailey’s 2008 Winter Gospel Music Convention, the southeast’s largest winter gospel concert. Pastor Bill and Sally Bailey invite visitors to experience live southern gospel music during the six-day convention, now in its third year in Manatee County. The line-up of southern gospel concerts includes performances by:

WHO: This event marks Bill Bailey’s 22nd anniversary promoting southern gospel concerts throughout the southeast.

WHEN: February 4-9, 2008 – Concert matinees begin at 2 p.m., evening performances at 7 p.m. daily. Chapel services held at 10 a.m. February 5-9

WHERE: Manatee County Convention Center

Concert admission is $15 for adults, $5 for children (ages 3-11 at the door only) and $80 for a six-night pass. Advance tickets can be purchased at Family Christian Store and the Happy Gospel Church office in Bradenton, and Living Word Christian Supply and Family Christian Store in Sarasota.
